helping you find peace in your present
You are not what happened to you. New beginnings are always possible.

Hi, I’m Lidia Belle — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas, serving the military community at Fort Cavazos and beyond. As a military spouse and naturalized citizen, I understand trauma not just as an individual struggle but as something that shapes whole families and communities.
I specialize in trauma-focused, evidence-based therapy for children, families, and individuals. My approach is rooted in partnership — working together to create a safe, peaceful environment where real healing can begin.
Above all, I believe that no matter the past, new beginnings are always possible.
“Helping you find peace in your present” isn’t just a tagline — it’s the heart of my practice.

My goals as your therapist
-
I want you to feel secure enough to process and heal.
-
Not just “fixing” you as the individual — but empowering the whole support system to be part of the solution.
-
I believe change is always possible — helping you actually experience that transformation.
-
I focus on individual differences and cultural context to help you feel truly seen and valued.
-
Trauma can make people feel stuck or hopeless — I want to help you believe in and move toward a different future.
How we work together
client-centered + client-driven + flexible treatment plan
I believe therapy should be client-centered and client-driven. You lead the way, and I meet you where you are. If a certain approach isn’t working, we’ll pivot together to find what uniquely supports your healing.
My goal is to create a safe, flexible space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
bi-weekly educational posts
In my blog, I share gentle insights on mental health, trauma healing, family dynamics, and creating peace in your everyday life. My hope is to encourage, educate, and remind you that new beginnings are always possible — no matter where you are in your journey.
